Voor ik L-Threonaat probeerde ondervond ik al een goede slaapkwaliteit van Magnesium Glycinaat. Maar nu, met L-Threonaat, slaap ik nóg beter. Een soort vaste slaap met veel dromen. Overdag heb ik ook minder last van 'brain fog' en voel ik me helderder. Zeker aan te raden.

The main difference is in the form of magnesium used. Magnesium Threonate is bound to L-threonate, which enhances brain absorption, making it great for cognitive support. Both are excellent options, but some people may not react well to the glycine in magnesium glycinate.

Each capsule contains approximately 53 mg of elemental magnesium, from 667 mg of total magnesium L-threonate.

We recommend taking 3 capsules of Magnesium Threonate daily, which helps support your magnesium intake along with your diet. For optimal results, it's best to take them before bed, or you can split the dosage between the afternoon and evening.
